Bergenia ‘Michael’s Jungle Leaf’
A supersized cordifolia form collected by Michael Wickenden with large, glossy, muscular, cabbage-likes leaves, some of the largest seen in cultivation. In spring, tall, elegant flower stems burst through the foliage carrying pendulous, bell-shaped, pale pink flowers held in perfect, apple green calyces. A superb foliage plant that makes an impressive feature planted in drifts at the entrance to Cally Gardens.
